QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Well-versed in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring
- Knowledge of recruitment for clearance operations is an advantage
- Proficient in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and Workday
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can start ASAP (preferably on or before July 27)
