BUSINESS ANALYSIS ASSOCIATE

BA Associate role is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements to ensure alignment between client needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst collaborates closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, translate business objectives into actionable system requirements, and support successful software delivery. This role plays a key part in bridging communication between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business/Management (a Master’s degree is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Proficiency in documenting BRD, SOW, Feauture Mapping, Product Backlog, Wireframes, Rpocess Flows, & Data Dictionaries
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and articulate them effectively to clients and technical teams
- Experience in providing actionable recommendation & working collaboratively with Developers, QA, & other Project Teams
- Ability to transalte business needs into technical solutions & work closely with technical teams to ensure requirement are met
- Experience with Agile SDLC practices & familiarity with tools to manage task & backlogs
