Job Title: IT MANAGED SERVICES ASSOCIATE
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management
- Basic troubleshooting (Traceroute or Ping)
- IT graduate and IT knowledgeable
- Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee diverse tech projects, from small to large-scale regional efforts.
- Collaborate with business units for it solutions, funding, and management.
- Assess business needs, identify it solutions, and drive continual improvement.
- Analyze recurring issues, perform RCA, and lead resolution efforts effectively.
- Manage maintenance, implement it changes, and handle change management tasks.
- Conduct it governance, including compliance reviews of devices and server rooms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, job aids, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure cmdb accuracy as part of service asset & configuration management.
